The Millennium Sessions 2022 will be released on Tuesday April 26th at 7pm on the Programme’s YouTube page. Featuring four fantastic acts, Sean O’Meara, Harriis, Tremor and Static Vision.

Produced by the students and staff of the Creative Broadcast & Film Production and the Music Technology & Production Courses at LSAD, the programme consists of short documentaries on each act as well as a recorded performance from the stage of the Millennium Theatre, TUS, in Limerick.

Released on April 28th is the final episode of the current series of Word On The Street, produced by the 3rd Year students of the Creative Broadcast and Film Production Programme.

Featuring stories from the TUS campuses, this episode also covers topics that students are concerned with presently, including the expense of travel to college as well as student accommodation.

Initial edit timeline of the special interview with Prof. Vincent Cunnane of TUS.

Following the success of the series so far, a select group of students from the Creative Broadcast & Film production Programme, LSAD, at Moylish, have recorded the very first sit-down interview with the President of TUS, Professor Vincent Cunnane.

Vincent opened up about a number of subjects including his initial reactions to hearing the news about becoming the inaugural president of the Technological University as well what he would like to study if he was to start college all over again.

The Word On The Street Special with Professor Vincent Cunnane is currently in post production and will be released soon on the TUS YouTube Page as well as other social media outlets.

Word On The Street is a Film CEL production, produced by the Students and Staff of the Creative Technologies Programmes of the Dept of Digital Arts & Media, Limerick School of Art & Design, TUS.

The first episode of Word On The Street (Series 5) has just been released. Produced by the students and staff of Creative Broadcast & Film Production, the episode covers stories from the Moylish Campus, Wickham Way Market in Limerick and the Crescent Shopping Centre.

This is a Film CEL (Film Craftsmanship, Excellence & Learning) production and will form a number of programmes in the future for students to hone their learnt skills and creativity.

After a 3 year gap, the student produced Word On The Street Programme returns in December.

A news programme featuring the stories on events that happen on campus in TUS, this self-directed project allows students to research and produce multiple stories, learning on location skills in interviewing, filming and editing.

The production of the first episode is underway and will feature: the first TUS Open Day, the Open Casting call for the Creative Broadcast & Film Production students as well as other stories from LSAD and TUS Campuses.

This is part of the in-house production unit, Film CEL, (Film Craftsmanship Excellence and Learning)

Students and staff of the Creative Technologies Programmes of LSAD, LIT have been working with Writer, Actor and Comedian Pat Shortt on his new Podcast, ‘The Wellness Hour with Paaaah.’

Released on Tuesday Feb 4th on all main podcast platforms, season one will consist of a new episode for the next six weeks.
