Big thanks to Limerick Post’s Rose Rushe for the article in this weekends edition. With all the press coverage in the past few weeks there is certainly a big build in excitement for film makers in 2015.

In todays Limerick Leader is the UL student driven, newspaper Limerick Voice, in which is a feature on the Local Film Making Talent in Limerick and the mid-west region. Thanks to journalist Jane O’Flaherty for the stories and coverage.

St Marys Cathedral, Limerick.
On June 14th I had the great pleasure of filming the Ordination of the Reverend Edna Wakely to the Priesthood. This event took place at the landmark and historical setting of St Mary’s Cathedral, in Limerick City.
With a large audience in attendance as well as a full choir and parish guests, the ordination was recorded using a 5 camera setup in strategic locations around the cathedral.
The post workflow was a ‘multi-cam edit’ in Avid Media Composer and finally outputted to DVD and digital file for posting.
